The functions PyString_AsString
and PyString_AsStringAndSize
no longer exist in Python 3 and even Cython does not support them.

I tried to get rid of some calls to PyBytes_...
functions. Please review. I have not ran the testsuite, so let's wait for the patchbot.

Just replacing
PyString_*
byPyBytes_*
does not work.
