With #4583 applied I am seeing the following issue:

Modulo any other prime the Groebner basis is trivial so there are
no other solutions. For example:
causes a doctest failure for me. Thoughts?

[8:45pm] mabshoff: wstein-4591: I am having some trouble with #4589 ? [8:45pm] wstein-4591: what trouble. [8:45pm] mabshoff: Commented on the ticket. [8:45pm] wstein-4591: yes. [8:45pm] wstein-4591: it's because you're testing on a machine with m2 installed. [8:46pm] wstein-4591: The output is different if you have m2. [8:46pm] mabshoff: I thought that was it. [8:46pm] wstein-4591: mark the output random, I guess. [8:46pm] wstein-4591: dang. [8:46pm] wstein-4591: or put in ... for the whole ideal. [8:46pm] wstein-4591: [...] [8:46pm] mabshoff: It is on sage.math, no m2 there. [8:46pm] mabshoff: At least no in $PATH [8:46pm] wstein-4591: was@sage:~$ which M2 [8:46pm] wstein-4591: /usr/local/bin/M2 [8:46pm] wstein-4591: It's M2 [8:46pm] mabshoff: shit [8:47pm] mabshoff: Case sensitive executable names are just dumb. [8:47pm] mabshoff: Then that test should be #optional - m2 [8:47pm] wstein-4591: but then you would have to change the output back to m2's output. [8:47pm] wstein-4591: stupid design. [8:47pm] mabshoff: I will open a ticket for that crap since the doctest result should not change with optional packages installed. [8:48pm] wstein-4591: true [8:48pm] mabshoff: Yep, I am opening a ticket and make the result optional for now. [8:48pm] wstein-4591: pok [8:48pm] wstein-4591: ok

Positive review. I deleted the last hunk from the patch and made that doctest optional for now. The issue with the doctest changing depending on M2 being installed or not will be dealt with at #4593.
Cheers,
Michael
