Delete databases/gamma0wt2.py as it does not provide any real use without the absent corresponding database in SAGE_DATA. Other than a few trivial changes, the file has not been touched since the creation of the mercurial repo.

Strangely your patch doesn't have an "author" field. I assume the release manager needs that for the repository history. Could you try to re-export the patch with a full header?
